John and I decided an OLI Chili Cookoff would be a fun thing to do in the depths of the winter. As we have a number of vegetarians in the group, we had three categories: vegetarian chili, meat chili, and "anything goes" where chilis must be an ingredient, but the food item need not be "chili" (think Iron Chef).
