Eric's Lobster Dinner
Eric visited in February, and brought with him five live lobsters (well, four and one very recently dead one by the time he got here) and prepared an incredible dinner for us... (and fresh fish for Greg)

The method was a little...complicated...
From bags to freezer to pot to sink to counter to oven...
But we all helped Eric out!

But it made quite the meal of stuffed lobsters when it was done!
