Pre-concert gathering
Went out to see the Moody Blues near Albany this year and made a small gathering out of it. I took Chris with me, Eric drove out from MA, and John drove up from NYC for the show. Scott and Michelle from the lamination place joined us as well.

Before the show, we went for dinner and drinks to a cafe/bar almost across the street from the theater where we had the lounge reserved.

Scott, not hiding at all!

This photo begs the question... "does Eric's class know about billjerome.com?"
(It's also the second example of Eric exhibiting fractals in nature)

The concert
We were sitting in second row out-of-the-pit seats almost dead center, a little bit towards Ray's side. Everyone seemed on, Ray and Graeme both appeared to be having a lot of fun in particular. Somebody threw something on stage at the end of the first set towards Ray and he took aim at it as if his flute were a shotgun and recoiled as he 'fired' with a great smile on his face!

My luck is never good with shooting pictures at the shows, and I didn't have fast enough film, and forgot that I had already learned once NOT to zoom when I have slow film. Oh well! For immediate gratification, here are my pictures from their show at Proctor's. Eric had better film and a good camera, and once the swat team stopped bothering people about photos, I think he got some good ones. At first they were coming down on people with cameras, but Ray shot a couple dirty looks and they stopped. Go Ray! Most of these were taken before they eased up, while heads were turned. Can't wait for the ones Eric got!
