Fall Moody Blues concert in Akron, OH
I got to see the Moodies a second time this year when they played in Akron, OH. It's also the second trip to Akron for a concert this year, as I went out there to see Yes earlier. Brandon went with me to this show and we had a lot of fun, the crowd was really into this one, which in turn seemed to get the band into it. Ray seemed to be having a lot of fun, Graeme gave a drum-kick and cymbal crash when Ray did his shoulder roll during For My Lady, and when he came out for Ride My See-Saw, he stopped center stage and made like he was juggling. Graeme came out from behind the drums to get the crowd to applaud Justin more, as he's done, and this time did a bit of a dance, too! Also, when Graeme came down to do Nothing Changes he said "I've had a request tonight, from Justin, John, and Ray, so tonight... I am NOT going to sing." The crowd all went "awwww" and he said "oh, you'll get over it!" and John went and grabbed a tissue and held it out and waved it at Graeme... it was a lot of fun! Here are some pictures Brandon snapped from the show!

This was more or less our view of the stage from
dead center. I've had worse seats :-)

An interesting looking action shot during Story In Your Eyes

And, of course, the requisite ShuffleShot™ :-)

At one point, John went over to Graeme and infused
him with some of his extra energy

Another great show!
